They were told that they will have a repeated loyal customer (12 months at most) who gets one of the highest packages in multiple rooms.Was told that I have to pay a courier for it to be delivered to them or be inconvenienced to go out of your way to send for free.Annoying as was easier and didn’t have to pay when received.Have to pay one month after canceling. Read the T&C’s recommended.This after 16+ years and transferring one account that was my partners to them (giving another customer).I specifically requested not to receive promotional and advertising material from them. I continued to get them.Was very keen to get again when moved from where I am in 12 months time but not now!See ya Foxtel, cheaper services out there.
