GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..We had a issue where a package that was delivered by a third party, accidently damaged, part of our property. I contacted Fox, who worked on our behalf to resolve the issue, where the damaged part was replaced.Additionally, any email or phone call I had was responded too quickly and professionally.Really pleased with FOX and how they handled the issue, with what could of been a long, drawn out issue.
