Same experience as many on the night of 4 August 2025. I had a few notifications come in to say that I won a share of a jackpot which was part of their Summer Nights promotion. I made 5 seperate requests to withdraw those winnings which totalled £11,900. The next day, my account had been closed and the withdrawal requests were all reversed with no explanation other than a "technical error". The Chat Host at the time of the game confirmed that any monies credited to our accounts was won legitimately and we could withdraw - they were congratulating people and even encouraging people to book holidays!I replied to their email requesting a proper explanation along with evidence of this error and await a response. If not satisfactorily resolved (i.e. by paying out what was won), I will take this further to the Gambling Commission and Trading Standards.
