Seen all the ads, thought I'd give this a try. Signed up, used the concierge service. Took my payment, asked for no picture. Messaged them. Was told someone would contact me for the pictures. Never did. Sent me two different insoles. Used the kingfoam model. After 9 hours of wearing them, top layer came off. Used the gamechagers. Was given no instructions on how to mold them. Messaged customer service, back and forth with them. Seemed like every time was someone different and did not read the previous sent messages. Was told they couldn't read the previous messages. There answer was, they sent me another set of gamechangers without asking me and basically washed their hands of the whole ordeal. I do not recommend this company at all. The whole process seemed like a money grab. Customer Service seemed very weak and did not try and resolve the issue or correct the mistakes.
