I had my package stolen in my building. After contacting the property management and fedex, they were unable to do anything. HOWEVER, FP insole's customer service understood my situation and reshipped another shipment of the soles i ordered, to the billing address. Whole process took 1/2 weeks and it went incredibly smooth. Amazing customer service, Incredibly comfortable soles. Would recommend purchasing, even just for the fast emails and service.
