The survey was riddled with errors. The so-called comparable properties were not comparable at all and even had incorrect sold prices (anyone can look these up by typing the address). The report was so bad and clearly wrong that I threatened to complain to RICS, who could take away their licence. This clearly rattled them and I was refunded. Avoid. Not reputable in the least.
