I have been with FP Markets for years now and never had this issue.
There has clearly been a rebranding because I tried to log into my portal and it took me to a different link a couple days ago, the name has changed to FP Trading and now when I try to withdraw they are telling me
“Due to our withdrawal policy we can only process withdrawals back to a card for up to the amount originally deposited”
Mind you I have deposited a lot in the past that I haven’t recovered so when did this change in policy appear and where clients made aware of these changes in advance ?
It’s an extreme disservice and dissatisfaction to change procedures immediately and cause me an inconvenience in which there are restrictions as to how I can withdraw funds because with other methods I have to now wait “5 to 10 working days” and withdraw “a minimum of £100” these are clauses I never had before especially considering the fact that again as mentioned I have deposited a lot that I still haven’t recovered quite a lot of the funds.
