Despite glossy brochures and YouTube videos, very poor property qualification to customer requirements. Despite succinct housing criteria submitted in advance candidate properties did not even come close meeting housing requirements. Rather than selecting neighborhoods where to focus property searches FRH used a scattered approach rather than a customized one in selecting properties. Any property that fits in your stated budget regardless of distance, condition, amenities, mismatched features, additional required work are presented as potential housing choices. Most Nice realtors don’t work with other agents as they feel they don’t need them.The FRH staff assigned was not qualified, neither knowledgeable about properties nor visited properties ahead of time before showing.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them.
