They altered my address and completely changed the postcode, which is why I never got the item. I've reached out multiple times, but they haven't taken any action. Fortunately, the postal service recognizes their mistake since the address they used doesn’t exist. The company has been very unhelpful, offering no solutions and telling me to pursue it, despite it clearly being their fault. I will never use this service again.
