They altered my address and completely changed the postcode, resulting in never receiving the item. I've reached out multiple times, but the support team has been unhelpful. Fortunately, the postal service recognizes their mistake since the address they used is invalid. The seller has been very disappointing, offering no solutions and directing me to pursue the issue, despite it being their fault. I will not use this service again.
