I'm getting charged for a plan I signed up for, but when I updated my website it says I'm on a free plan. It's so difficult to figure out which one I'm paying for. I've checked every site I've made and they say they're all on a free plan. How can I get charged if all of the sites say free plan? Contacting a human being is so difficult. You either get directed to a bot or a community support channel. I understand it's cheaper and faster than other platform, but if customer service is like this I would rather sign up with a platform that has a steeper learning curve, but has actually customer support. A human to speak to, not a bot.
