Keep calling pretending to be our supplier. One of our receptionists was duped into get a a cartridge from them as they told us that ours was due to be replaced and when it did turn up and was fitted it caused the machine to stop working as it leaked everywhere as not a genuine product and used very poor ink!!!They still keep hounding our offices despite us telling them we already have a fixed contract with another company.We are not interested in their poor quality service and appalling sales techniques, so avoid at all costs!!DO NOT USE
