Good morning. I've been with this agency for over a year and have never been late on rent. I expected the same care regarding my deposit. I am filing this complaint because I felt disrespected by customer service when I inquired about my deposit. I was told to bring in my keys, and then informed I would be contacted this week about my deposit. When I called, I was told there was a mistake and I can't receive my deposit until February 7th, which is impossible since I've moved out. The representative insisted I needed to notify the agency a month in advance, but I explained I tried calling multiple times without a response. I didn't know I had to send a notice via email, and I didn't receive any email regarding the tenancy agreement. I would like to speak with someone to resolve this issue, as I feel cheated.
