I chose them because stupidly believed in their marketing success. but unfortunately taken me 9 month instead the 16 weeks. I chosen Frank Innes solicitors absolutely rubbish. my thought was will be quick and straight forward everything in one place. Simple but NOT. Waiting far to much to chasing documents keep in touch with other side solicitor updates and local authority. So absolutely NEVER AGAIN. And of course taken the fee off which they think they deserved.I know buying and selling previously but this beyond everything.
