Good morning. I have been with the agency for over a year and consistently paid my rent on time, expecting the same consideration for my deposit. I am dissatisfied after a recent interaction with customer service, feeling disrespected when I inquired about my deposit. I was told to bring in my keys, and then informed I would be contacted this week. However, when I called, I learned there was a mistake and I wouldn't receive my deposit until February 7th, which is impossible since I've moved out. The representative insisted my contract required a month's notice, but I explained my attempts to contact them went unanswered for two days. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further, as I feel unfairly treated.
