Ordered 1500 watt hairdryer because I do not like powerful ones. They sent 2000 watt. Emailed them but they didn't even bother to read it properly as they were apologising for sending 1500 watt. Sent me a label for return which no post office could scan or use. Spent £3.10 to post it back to them. Got a refund for the dryer and original £6.50 postage but not for the return postage of which I had advised them. Taking that up with Royal Mail now as they should not be sending unusable labels out. Thought these were more reputable than the other firm I looked at! What a joke!
