I have been a fan of Fran Wilson mood lipstick for decades (I am 75 years old). I only wear the green and orange colors. Finding products in stores is nearly impossible, so I buy several units online at one time these days. I was totally disappointed in the purchase before last when every one of the green lipsticks broke off at the base immediately with the first or second use and were then useless. What a waste of money! I am sure you had some glitch in your manufacturing process. I really didn't know what to do except re-order, except this time I picked the long-handled lipstick that looks like a crayon. I am still evaluating how they work and feel.Thank you for giving me an opportunity to give you feedback. I can't be the only customer who had this issue. Thanks. .
