I just got off the phone with their representative Anthony Stella. He was the rudest, most insulting rep I have every spoken with. It all began with telling me I was not smart enough to know my exact engine size even though I was trying to give him my VIN # (just as I have on two earlier calls today to two of their other reps). I'd called back because I'd never received a quote, and had also received a text apologizing for missing my call and asking me to call back. After insulting me over and over, he then began insisting that I apologize to HIM for being difficult. He even said that I've had issues all my life because of how difficult I am. Then, Anthony began insisting that I apologize to him and that Fraser didn't need me but rather I needed them since they own the remanufactured market. Now, he's stalking me with insults on my phone #. I have NEVER been so insulted in my life. I would very much like to speak to the owner (David Fraser) so he can understand that Anthony should have no place on his team. Wow, I just experienced the absolute worst customer experience in my lifetime ...
