One star is generous for this joke of a company, never in my 30 years of driving have I come across a company what has no regard for it's customers as soon as you're started an agreement with them, customer service is beyond a joke,being on hold for 30 minutes to have an agent not have a clue how to do their job, putting you back on hold for 15 minutes,while they apparently they talk to a supervisor, only for them to hang up on you while waiting, and when you do go back through the system again[ another 25 minutes on hold] for them to hang up on me again, this happened 4 times, before they actually answered the call, for them to say they have nothing on their system that I had called at all to sort the problem out,
Then when I wanted to change something on my policy, after going through with everything, charged me £40 to make the changes, but, only then told me you could've done it online for free, but had to charge me now because she had already done the work.

Correction, was £25 to make the changes online but, still did not tell me until afterwards, so seems to me that you're not out to help your customers but, just make as much money as possible and concerning everything else, stated as happened, not exactly like you would admit to any of the horrible way you treated a customer, hopefully people read this and the many other bad reviews of your company FREEDOM BROKERS, MANCHESTER and not make the mistake of giving you any business
