I was initially very impressed with Freedom due to their professionalism and great documents. However, as I found out more and when I began to delve in to their investments, it was not the company for me. I was not presented with properties that were suitable for me or fit for my purposes. The contracts were heavily in favour of the developer and I was told these could not be negotiated. As soon as I decided not to go ahead with one, I felt that I did not receive the same level of professionalism. I then requested not to go ahead with both EOIs and only AFTER many attempts to get back my deposit was I refunded ONE. I am still waiting on the refund of around $4000 from an investment I did not go ahead with. There has been radio silence from Freedom, so basically they are stealing my money. I also found out that they have many conflicts of interest, including paying for your lawyer which is a bit outrageous. I decided to not go ahead with Freedom and have requested by money back under the 60 day money back guarantee. I have been told I cannot do this, despite no-one informing me of this when I submitted an EOI. I was then offered a refund but requested that I sign an NDA which is pretty dodgy in my opinion. There are much better companies out there that offer better ROI and better investments. I would steer clear of these developer friendly company as they do not have your best interests at heart. I am still trying to get back my money and have heard nothing despite multiple attempts. This is ridiculous and illegal.
