Supportive staff and fast transaction on loan application.Fact: You will be given only few minutes to decide which property to invest on. (Based from my experience)Fact: Once all papers are signed and downpayment has been paid… it would really be difficult to contact any of the staff. Even the “member care” support. (Based from my experience)Fact: I haven’t heard any update on the progress of construction of purchased apartment unit for five months now.(Based from my experience)Still, staying as a member. Hopefully, member care assistance improves soon.
