One of the things that makes Freename great is its ability to make an unfamiliar process familiar. I had no experience with Web3 domains prior to creating my account and now I own 30 TLD's and dozens of SLD's. The fact that they have incorporated their "Royalty" system has allowed me to become a Domain Registrar. Lastly, I have never been so connected to a company and had the support by their team.
