But a colleague was very friendly, helpful and put my request of ending this service into consideration. I would request freenet to only work upon some technical issues with Internet, especially evening times. ALSO inform fully how much we're supposed to pay in advance, instead of after 2 weeks, you receive a bill, after other 2 weeks , another bill. I really don't understand this. I am new, I need to learn everything, how everything works with Internet so that I can recommend other people. Otherwise, the team members know exactly what they are doing.
