I purchased almost $170 worth of your product almost 4 weeks ago on November 4th. I reached out via email for help with it finally on November 16th because after I reviewed my confirmation email on the 4th I waited almost 2 full weeks and had yet to receive any communication regarding shipping or tracking. Jayson responded quickly but gave vague information at first on why there was a delay and why it hadn’t been communicated to me yet. Eventually a 10% refund was offered by Kevin and I accepted. That was on November 17th and it now November 30th. No update on my order since then. I still want to try your product but at this point it’s looking like you don’t want to or can’t sell it. I am very close to getting a full refund since it’s been almost a full month with no shipping information. I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews but I think it is warranted in this situation. Please help!
