I’m extremely disappointed with this company. Their membership practices are deceptive, and it feels like they rely on hidden or unclear recurring charges to make money rather than on providing genuine value. I was charged for a membership I did not knowingly agree to, and when I reached out for help, they refused to refund the additional charge—even though the situation was clearly an honest mistake and the service wasn’t used.Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and there was zero effort to make things right. Any reputable company would prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction, but that was not the case here.I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to read every fine detail and watch your bank statements closely. This experience felt misleading, frustrating, and honestly unethical. I will not be returning as a customer, and I hope others avoid the same situation.
