The second you touch that button it charges you. Ordered the 7th, it's not the 18th with no shipping update. Customer service said that's common... asked them to cancel my order, we'll see how long it takes to get my money refunded or if I'll have to do a charge back. Looked up the company address and it's a tiny house in Florida.
