Received product promptly, but the day I received it they tried to charge my card $49 again. I contacted card company and stopped charge. One month later tried to charge my card $49 again. This time stopped by my card company and issued new card number. Next day freerange attempted to charge my new card number $49. Dont know how they did it except I was issued a virtual card number. Issued a new card number and I stopped my virtual card program. We'll see what happen in next 24 hours. Only way to find contact information is on original product order confirmation email.
