I made a one-time purchase from Free Range Supplements — or so I thought. Weeks later, I noticed a $49.99 unauthorized recurring charge on my credit card, tied to a “VIP Membership” I never knowingly agreed to.I contacted support and Jayson responded after a couple of days the first time, apologizing and pointing me to a cancellation link. But that’s where the support ended. The cancellation link led to an unskippable 18-minute video (yes, really) just to cancel the membership — clearly designed to wear customers down. I ended up speeding it up just to complete the process.I confirmed the cancellation with Jayson and asked for a refund. Since then? Total silence. No follow-up. No refund. No accountability. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The subscription enrollment process feels intentionally deceptive, and the lack of customer follow-through makes it worse. I’m still waiting for my $49.99 refund, and if it doesn’t come soon, I’ll be escalating this through a chargeback and sharing my full experience on every public platform I can — including Trustpilot, BBB, and beyond. This is not how you build trust. Buyer beware.— Antonio Pagano
