This company assured me that I would not be charged a "VIP" monthly charge of $49.99. I was told in writing that my purchase would be a one-time-charge only, in bolded letters. My bank statement is showing that they withdrew two unauthorized charges in the amount of $49.99. I have not used the product yet, and will throw it away. If this company cannot be trusted with billing practices, how can they be trusted with what is actually in the product.
