FreeRange Supplements did not honor their return policy for an unopened product that I received their permission to return along with the address and instructions on how to return the item. In fact after I returned it properly and on time they received it and resent me the same item again. They had promised to refund my money and gave me a confirmation number over the phone by two different agents and one additional agent by email and claimed that there was a chargeback active so they couldn’t but when I called my bank they had not started the chargeback process and it was only in a dispute stage of the process. Also they claimed that the phone being disconnected or no longer in service was an error and was repaired but they changed their number to a completely different area code from a different state, so that was not true. So my bank is now handling this refund issue. Good luck with your purchases from them.
