I hate to leave a negative review, but my experience has not been the best. Before ordering from the Facebook page, I read everything I could. They boasted delivery between 10-15 days. I ordered on September 2nd, got an email that it shipped on September 3rd, but did not receive until September 26th. Everything seemed good, at first. Then it was just little things, here and there. My watch, for some reason, doesn't count steps beginning around 10pm up until sometimes 6am. Working third shift, there's no way I can get an accurate count, if it's down and not counting during the busiest part of my day! The app also randomly turns on my Bluetooth from my phone settings. I cannot use my Bluetooth while at work, because it causes interference with the machines, and no matter how many times I turn it off, the app turns it back on within a few minutes. So for now, this watch is not very useful for me. There have been quite a few smaller issues, some of which I will just have to get accustomed to.Despite all the current issues I've been having, Nicole P. From customer service has been very helpful in trying to help me investigate the problems, and whomever answers questions on the Facebook page has benn helpful as well. I must say that customer service has exceeded my expectations, so far, even if they haven't really been able to find solutions to the issues.
