I’d give them -1 if I could. They sent the wrong size and instead of correcting- they wrote me multiple inappropriate emails: stated I ordered XXS -when I had ordered XL. I offered to return when they provided a prepaid mailing label. Instead they insulted me, sent an order sheet they made up (didn’t have any of my info - just a note xxs was ordered. ) They then continued sending nasty emails how I was wrong and should apologize and they’d blacklist me. I responded that was fine - I’d share their unethical practices with my bike club and everyone who rides to be wary of them - I wasn’t paying to return their mistake to China.
