They provided an incorrect identification number and later denied it was theirs—an obvious red flag and a potential case of consumer fraud. Ironically, it was included in their initial misleading quote! A representative, who has been mentioned by several other reviewers, seems entirely unqualified to handle customer issues. His lack of knowledge and professionalism only exacerbated the situation. This service should be reported to the relevant consumer protection agencies, and I genuinely hope their license is reviewed and revoked if misconduct is confirmed. They also refuse to accept credit card payments, which raises serious concerns. Why insist on cash? Are they trying to evade accountability or conceal income from tax authorities? The fact that they still attempt to lecture consumers on “what we should know” is outrageous. Do not trust this service. If you encounter positive reviews, there’s a strong chance they are written by their own employees or associates. Consumers should steer clear!
