I used this company to ship equipment to a trade show. After the freight currier lost my equipment and failed to make it to the show. Freightos customer service team could have cared less. I ended up having to dispute all of the charges directly with the carrier and demand Freightos also refund me their costs as they actually atttempted to keep their fee after the shipment was lost... Horrible company stay away. just use their platform to get a quote and contact the forwarder directly. Save you the additional cost freightos adds to the shipment and deal directly with the forwarder.
