The shipment process was seamless and I liked how the email communication was constant during the entire process. However, the process of issuing a credit to customers needs improvement. I was informed that the total cost of the shipment (regarding the weight of the package and surcharge) was less than expected. So, I've inquired about the excess amount being credited to my credit card, however, I have not received a response yet. This type of transaction needs improvement. Overall, the shipping experience was good.
