Their so-called "secure platform" and "support in case of disputes" are nothing but empty promises.I booked a shipment through Freightos with a scheduled delivery in December. Instead, my container was lost for weeks, with no updates, no accountability, and no real help from Freightos. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I had to personally chase down the transport company, deal with all the back-and-forth, and waste countless hours trying to find a solution.And what does Freightos' "protection" mean in reality? Nothing. No compensation, no real mediation, no enforcement of any responsibility from the carrier. You're completely on your own.If you're considering using Freightos, save yourself the headache and just book directly with a carrier. You'll pay less and get the same level of service – which is to say, none. Freightos adds zero value when things go wrong.STAY AWAY unless you enjoy paying extra for absolutely nothing. 🚫
