This is the worst company you can contact about your shipping needs. The support they provide is a joke. I would love to give them minus 5 stars if I could. China shipper try to overcharge us . Shipper try to charge us over $700 for 4 empty pallets that cargo was placed on! I contacted frightos support and provide all clear proof but they didn't even check or read details. They just copy and paste responds and try to charge us without any help! . This company is fraud. I will contact BBB, Alibaba US support office, Any social media I could to make sure you don't get same problems. Avoid them at all cost. it wasn't closed they try to charge my visa without our autorization which is fraud!
