They listened well and collaborated to plan an itinerary that struck a balance between scheduled activities (which we requested) and free time (to explore). They helped our vision for this trip come to life within our defined budget and selected top notch providers. Their app allows for real time chats during the trip which was very helpful and our FTT partner, Olivia, was very responsive whenever we needed to reach her. Our itinerary on the app included great suggestions for restaurants, hidden gems and things to do and explore during free time, etc. which was a nice addition. The app also consolidated all our tickets, reservations, etc. in one place so that we could retrieve these pre-planned reservations without having to worry about finding them separately. Great job.
