I purchased the Trim Paint in Liquorice to paint the internal front door of my flat and a shelf. I bought two tins and have only used about a third of one tin for two coats on the door and two on the shelf. The door was previously painted a very dark blue, and I didn't sand it—no need! Two coats and it looks perfect. The shelf was sanded pine, and I would say both finishes look identical, which speaks to the quality of the paint. It dries quickly and has a lovely, subtle sheen without being glossy. I'm very pleased with the results and will definitely buy again.
