I bought several items, all but 1 item arrived. When I asked Ariel she said the item had been delivered, she confused the order numbers. Frenchie Shop stopped responding to my messages. Luckily I was able to get a refund through my card company when I provided proof of the 2 seperate orders. I’ve never dealt with such a terrible company in my life
