I purchased a Frenchie backpack and it did not work for my Frenchie. The company told me I could return it but they are located in China. The return postage was $48 and change and I waited and waited and waited for months. Finally, the package was marked, returned to sender And returned to me. When I emailed the company about it and what they’re going to do to resolve this problem, they have not responded since. I filed a dispute with my creditor and this company responded to them immediately, but has not responded to my emails. Do not buy anything from this company. Scammed from China.
