I ordered a metal knife sharpener as seen in a video. It was supposed to have a sliding fixture to hold the blade at the correct angle for sharpening. What I received was a 3-D printed plastic imitation of the device shown in the video. The sharpening strip was so rough that it actually damaged my knife blade. I'm still trying to resolve this issue with the support team, but they are not being helpful at all, offering me compensation amounts of 2.00, then 4.00, then 7.00. This feels like a fraudulent situation... A full refund is the only acceptable resolution.
