I ordered a metal knife sharpener that was shown in a video, featuring a sliding fixture to hold the blade at the correct angle for sharpening. What I received was merely a 3-D printed plastic replica of the product from the video. The sharpening strip was so coarse that it damaged my knife blade. I'm still in discussions with the support team, but they're not being helpful at all. They offered me $2, then $4, and finally $7. This feels like fraud... A full refund is the only solution to this issue.
