I am totally disgusted by the service.I purchased a bra back at the beginning of July and I am still waiting, been showing it’s in transit in Manchester since August 8th.After umpteen emails to the customer service team asking for a refund which I am entitled to I have been told no an a new bra is on its way.Guess what, I’m still waiting and it’s now September 3rd.Do yourself a favour and don’t order from this company, they are a disgrace and will just keep your money without giving you your product, something and someone has to do something about this as how many people have had the same experience as me and how much money does that add up to, I’m outraged and totally disgusted these people are allowed to keep trading.
