The wedge pillow is a cheap, substandard, and inferior product - nothing like the “luxury embroidered” pillow pictured on the website. It won’t inflate, and it’s a limp, formless pillow - completely useless. The company shipped the pillow to the wrong address, after THREE email confirmations that they would correct the shipping address. When I finally received it, the company refused to provide me with a shipping label to get it to the correct address. It cost $130, at my expense, to ship it in the slowest method to the correct address. Substandard product, incompetent customer service, and overpriced.
