14 days to receive from China. The wedge pillow is too small. The larger one would have been too big. Their sizes to work with US sizes. It will cost too much to ship it all the way to the UK for a return. The pillow does not look good and one is supposed to give it 1-2 days to have its shape due to vacuum sealing before it was sent from China directly to the US. Nothing about the shopping experience was good. The company does a decent job of marketing. I do not recommend buying from this company. Oh, and because it was on sale it cannot be returned/refunded anyway. I do my best to only shop with companies who treat their customers well. This one makes it impossible to be a satisfied customer, or repeat customer, in my opinion.
