I’m afraid that my order of Short bone tomahawk steaks was a complete disappointment. I cooked 2 of the 4 steaks to perfection - pan fried initially then finished off in the oven and they turned out beautifully medium. However the meat lacked taste and rather surprisingly quite tough. I won’t be ordering again.
