Avoid at all costs!!! I was mis sold my iva and lied too by QIS which went under, fresh start decided to keep the IVA supervisor Adam Boyes from QIS in charge of IVAs at fresh start, CLEARY QIS WAS MISSELLING IVAS. They have constantly put my iva up and now paying 3x more then originally agreed. I was made to believe that bankruptcy would have been the worse option for me, how they would come into my house and force me to sell all my items to recover the debt. I have since found out this isn't the case and I should have gone bankrupt instead of taking out this stupid IVA. Please everyone reading this consider your options do a DRO or bankruptcy as this IVA will Screw you over in the long run! No help from freshstart they not interested in helping. Been told to stop doing over time to get my payments lower. But if I don't do over time I can't afford to make the payments ! Which then means I have to default! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.After speaking with someone from fresh start today 05/07/2023 it's clear they just want this review taken down and don't wanna sort my issues out. I explained I feel I've been missold the IVA via QIS and fresh start don't seem interested. Only said I can't say what you was told and wasn't told. Asked about closing the iva early due to being missold, got told in there experience it will get rejected no other options for help !
