The room itself was fine, and the location close to everything. The hotel check-in parking spot was always taken by ride share, so getting luggage into the room from distant street parking was a challenge. The biggest issue, however, was the constant noise. There were metal garbage cans right outside our windows, and people opened and banged the lids shut all night long. Then, in the early morning hours, the garbage people came and banged the cans around more. We got no sleep, and while we had paid for two nights, we had to leave after one. We spoke to the front desk upon check-out but were offered no recompense. We will return to Aspen, but not this property.
