Friendly staff, fantastic location, comfortable clean room and beds. Enjoyed the beautiful hot tub views. One star off is just due to one window with a single pane leading to lots of street noise, cold seeping in, and could smell folks smoking on the street below. The rest of the windows in the room were double pained, so we could tell that if this one were replaced none of these things would be an issue... With ear plugs, falling asleep was no problem.
